Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you access or use HejMuse. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Do not use HejMuse if you do not agree.

2. The service

HejMuse helps users create, review, organize, schedule, and publish marketing content. Some features use third-party AI providers or connect to social platforms that have their own terms and policies.

A connected social account does not publish anything by itself. You choose the content, destination, available settings, and final action. You are responsible for reviewing the post before you approve it.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use HejMuse.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity carried out through your account.
• Contact HejMuse promptly if you believe your account or a connected social account has been used without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use HejMuse to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Create or distribute fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or harmful content.
• Impersonate a person, brand, or organization without authority.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Upload malware, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or attempt to obtain another user's data.
• Use content or accounts that you do not have permission to use.

HejMuse may limit, suspend, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

5. Your content and generated output

You keep your rights in the content you submit. You give HejMuse a limited right to store, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service or follow your instructions.

As between you and HejMuse, HejMuse does not claim ownership of generated output created for you. Rights in AI-generated material can vary by jurisdiction and may be affected by third-party rights. You are responsible for checking that you can lawfully use and publish the final content.

6. Connected platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorize HejMuse to use the permissions you grant for the actions you approve. You must comply with the connected platform's terms, music rules, advertising rules, and content policies.

Processing and visibility can be delayed by the connected platform. HejMuse may show the status returned by that platform but cannot guarantee that an external platform will accept, process, or keep a post available.

7. Access, limits, and fees

The capabilities and usage limits available to you are shown in your account. If HejMuse offers a paid feature, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any refund terms will be shown before purchase. The payment provider's terms may also apply. HejMuse does not charge you for a paid feature unless you choose it and complete the purchase flow.

8. AI output

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review and edit it before publishing. HejMuse does not guarantee that output is original, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how HejMuse processes personal data, connected account information, and publishing instructions.

10. Availability and changes

HejMuse may change, interrupt, or discontinue part of the service. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate a material change that affects your saved work or paid access. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, HejMuse is provided without a warranty that it will meet every requirement or that generated content and third-party platform services will be accurate or continuously available.

HejMuse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service where such a limitation is permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Account closure

You may stop using HejMuse at any time and may request account closure by contacting support. Account closure ends your access. Personal data and connected credentials are then handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including any limited retention needed for security, legal obligations, or accurate publishing history.

13. Disputes

These terms do not take away any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. A dispute should first be raised with HejMuse so there is an opportunity to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, the courts and authorities that have jurisdiction under applicable law remain available.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply to your later use.
