HejMuse provides tools for creating, reviewing, and publishing marketing content. This policy explains what personal data HejMuse processes, why it is used, who receives it, and the choices available to you.
Please read this policy before using the service. The HejMuse operator and data controller can be reached through the contact details in section 12.
HejMuse and its hosting providers receive ordinary request and diagnostic data, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, requested pages, and error details. This data is used to deliver and secure the service and to investigate failures.
The providers used depend on the feature and the current service configuration. Text-generation features may send prompts and brand context to Anthropic, with OpenAI available as a fallback. Image or video features may send prompts and selected media to fal.ai. These providers process submitted data under their own terms and the account settings HejMuse uses with them.
Do not include sensitive personal data in a prompt or media file unless it is needed for the result you requested and you have the right to use it.
HejMuse uses service providers for the following purposes:
Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Uploaded media and generated files may be kept in persistent media storage so you can review, edit, schedule, or publish the work you chose to save.
HejMuse uses TLS for data in transit, encrypts stored OAuth access and refresh credentials, restricts access to server-side systems, and keeps private service credentials out of the browser. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
HejMuse uses cookies and similar browser storage required for sign in, security, session continuity, and core service preferences. The review website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but doing so may prevent sign in or other account features from working.
Data is kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, preserve accurate delivery history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the type of data and why it is held.
You may request account closure or deletion by contacting HejMuse. After the request is verified, data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized through the applicable service procedures. Some records may be retained when needed for security, legal compliance, or the integrity of previous publishing activity.
When you disconnect TikTok, HejMuse attempts to revoke the provider token, removes the stored access and refresh credentials, and makes the connection unusable. Limited connection metadata and publishing history remain so previous and scheduled delivery records stay accurate.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for a specific use.
Send a request to support@hejmuse.com. HejMuse may ask for information needed to verify your identity before acting on the request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Service providers may process data in countries other than the one where you live. When applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, HejMuse uses the mechanism available for the relevant provider and transfer.
You may contact HejMuse for more information or lodge a complaint with the data protection authority that applies where you live.
HejMuse is not directed to children under 16. If HejMuse learns that personal data was collected from a child without the authorization required by law, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
HejMuse is operated by Ikhine Gracious Osezuwa, an individual based in Slovenia. Ikhine Gracious Osezuwa is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Questions, complaints, and privacy requests can be sent to support@hejmuse.com.
This policy may be updated when the service or its data practices change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
